Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will support our clients in close collaboration with our consultants, building and maintaining strong client relationships. From day one, you'll engage with our established clients in Europe and the US, helping them achieve their strategic goals.

We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise. This position reports to the Associate Director in the US.

You will serve as the primary link between our clients and internal teams. You should have 1-2 years of experience in account management (either from an agency or customer perspective), coupled with a can-do attitude of getting things done. Newly graduated candidates with high academic achievements will also be considered.

You will focus on delivering innovative solutions that truly benefit our clients, working alongside your team with positivity and pragmatism. Career growth opportunities exist in areas such as strategy, digital, medical curriculum, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Facing: Attend and drive customer calls (online or face-to-face), transforming client needs into solutions, including agreeing on the needs of the solutions and preparing quotes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Learn from experienced ijovi personnel how to build and nurture client relationships to ensure ijovi remains their preferred agency.
  • Client Satisfaction: Meet and exceed client expectations while managing tight deadlines.
  • Content Creation: Creating content as part of the campaign execution for our global pharmaceutical and biotech clients, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, clinical value, and physicians' needs.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and oversee client projects from planning through to the delivery of results.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising, consulting, or a global market/medical role within a large pharmaceutical or biotech company. Newly graduated candidates with high academic performance will also be considered.
  • Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Cultural Fit: A positive attitude, sense of humor, and an international mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; bilingualism is a clear advantage.
