What you can anticipate:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through cold calling, referrals, and client-given information.
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about client products and services, including internet plans, mobile phone packages, television services, and home phone options.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of client products and services, highlighting features that align with customer needs and preferences.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating sales agreements, overcoming objections, and closing deals to convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Adhering to Ethical Standards: Conducting all sales activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism, adhering to Tiro's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.

Who are you?
- Strong Communication Skills: You must have effective verbal communication skills for conveying product information, understanding customer needs, and closing sales.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You'll encounter various challenges and objections from customers, so we seek individuals who can identify solutions and overcome obstacles effectively.
- 2-5 Years of Relevant experience: Hospitality, customer service, retail, etc. will allow someone to pick up the role and skills needed quickly.
- Team Player Mentality: While sales can be competitive, we also value candidates who can collaborate with our team, share best practices, and contribute to a positive environment.
- Ethical Integrity: Integrity and honesty are crucial in sales roles, as maintaining trust with customers is essential for long-term relationships and repeat business.
