Territory: East Los Angeles, Hollywood, SFV
As a Territory Manager, you will oversee a all accounts within the Territory assigned to you. You will work with sales support, marketing, and the contacts at your accounts to establish and build long-term, trusting relationships. You will be the main point of Friendly contact for your accounts.

A Successful Friendly Territory Manager’s Day-to-Day:
- Build relationships with key retailers
- Establish baseline order cadence within retailers, then grow those baselines
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Manage promotional strategies within retailers
- Merchandise retailers
- Evaluate opportunities for growth within retailers and make recommendations for key initiatives
- Represent Friendly Brand at industry events
- Track all sales activities and notes through Salesforce - keep current by updating account information regularly
- KPIs for sales revenue, store visits, demo days, Salesforce entries etc
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM A FRIENDLY TERRITORY MANAGER:
- Experience in account/territory management or a similar role
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone, text, email, and in person
- Great attendance and reliability
- Experience with successfully using a CRM
- Experience with documenting verbal communication in real-time
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
- A growth mindset (personal and professional)
- A love for cannabis
- A keen sense of urgency
- An innate ability to work within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
