As an Elevator Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our elevator division. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored elevator solutions.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
- Stay updated on the latest elevator technologies and products to confidently present and demonstrate their benefits to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.
- Work closely with the marketing and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth installation process.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the drive to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while meeting sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Knowledge of elevator products and installation processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
