Elevator Sales Representative

As an Elevator Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our elevator division. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, fostering relationships with potential customers, and closing sales for our state-of-the-art elevator products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored elevator solutions.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
  • Stay updated on the latest elevator technologies and products to confidently present and demonstrate their benefits to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the marketing and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth installation process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the drive to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while meeting sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of elevator products and installation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation:

  • Full - Time
  • Competitive commission-based structure with the potential to make $150,000+ depending on performance.
