About This Location:


Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This role is hybrid-remote with a requirement to attend the office two days per week and as required.

About This Role:


Reporting to the Manager, Branch Administration, the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist will be responsible for the onboarding and training of the Sales and Branch Administration team. Possessing a thorough understanding of sales and administrative processes, the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist will create training resources that meet the needs of the Sales Centre of Excellence as well as leading, developing, implementing, facilitating, and assessing training and development initiatives with a focus on improving employee performance. The Technical Designer and e-Learning Development Specialist will report to the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist.


Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:


  • University Degree or College Diploma in Adult Education and/or related work experience
  • Possess 2+ years’ experience in crafting curriculum content
  • Extensive and in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Strong knowledge of computer software and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Articulate 360, MS Office suite, Sharepoint
  • Passionate about the learning, education and growth of people as well as personal development
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
  • Strong presentation and business writing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistent high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Manager, Branch Administration to define and execute the training strategy and development plan for the Sales and Administration teams
  • Create, develop and organize Sales employee training programs
  • Conduct training of all new Sales employees and ensure best practices and Arbor business rules are implemented and adhered to
  • Optimize Learning Management Systems to maintain learning records, reports, evaluations and learning effectiveness
  • Collaborate with members of the Sales Operations team to create training materials, e-Learning solutions and communications
  • Coach, mentor and develop the Technical Designer and e-Learning Development Specialist
  • Partner with the Manager, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience on national and large scope training initiatives to ensure consistency in training methodologies, delivery and content
