About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the profit-sharing program at Magna International. The Analyst, HR Systems will work closely with the Manager, HR Systems to assist with the process.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for calculating allocations for specific groups of participants in Magna's Canadian profit sharing plan
- Prepare documents and instructions for the profit sharing process
- Analyze data and identify data issues, escalating as required
- Ensure data is accurate
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
- Payroll experience is an asset
- Experience with programming and coding is an asset
Your preferred qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer literacy and command of Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel Skills are required
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of DBMS and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
