Job Description

Build A Box, a leading provider of custom box and display services with over 25 years of successful collaboration with businesses and consumers, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative to join our team. This position is commission-only, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a creative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their unique custom box and display needs, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Build A Box's capabilities, emphasizing the company's commitment to client satisfaction and quality products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the printing, packaging, or related industry.
  • Ambitious and Determined: Demonstrated ambition and determination to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
