What you will be doing:
- Conduct project specific market research to identify new business development opportunities as instructed by Business Development Manager.
- Compose specific project research reports within deadlines and submit to the Senior Business Development Coordinator for review. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Business, Marketing, Research or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- 2 - 4 years of business development, marketing or related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and operating a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
