Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Tower Steel Buildings, you’ll be the bridge between our high-quality products and our customers' needs. Your role will involve nurturing relationships, converting warm leads into satisfied clients, and playing a key role in the ongoing growth of our company. You’ll be guiding customers through every step of the buying process, ensuring they receive the perfect steel building solution. This is an onsite role, allowing for close collaboration with your team.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Leads: Proactively follow up on warm leads, seek new customers, and build relationships through outbound efforts and networking.
- Customer Consultations: Dive deep into customer requirements, offering tailored recommendations that best suit their project needs.
- Become a Product Expert: Master the details of our product offerings and stay up to date on industry trends to highlight the many advantages of our steel building solutions.
- Drive Sales: Confidently negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals, all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and a smooth customer experience.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system to track your progress and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or steel industries.
- Proven Closing Abilities: Effectively guides clients through decisions, addresses objections, and secures commitments with a results-driven, persuasive approach.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and present solutions clearly. Bonus points if you speak French!
- Negotiation Prowess: You’re confident in negotiating deals that are a win-win for both the client and the company.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You love helping clients find the best solutions and are driven to ensure their satisfaction.
- Technical Aptitude: You can quickly learn and understand technical details related to steel buildings and construction.
- Self-Driven: You’re proactive and results-oriented, always looking to exceed sales goals.
- CRM Savvy: Experience using CRM systems to keep track of leads, activities, and sales performance.
