Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Burlington, ON
$50-55k/year
In Office Role – 8:30am to 5pm
Benefits:
3 weeks’ vacation to start

Currently working on a sick day/personal day program to be rolled out
Job overview:
Must be fully bilingual (French / English)
Order Entry, Data Entry
Responding to emails in French – primarily regarding orders, following up, tracking, etc….
Experience with inventory an asset
Experience with booking trucks, monitoring shipments an asset
Requirements/Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Can work independently
Strong computer skills – learns new software quickly
Excellent verbal and written language/grammar skills – French and English
