JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a high energetic, self motivated and driven Sales Representative. Sales representative will be responsible for actively generating club revenue while developing a strong referral base and work closely with front desk staff. Great with time management, and awesome phone communication skills when necessary. Commission based role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell memberships to all customers
Set appointments through referrals and leads
Establish corporate membership programs
Develops and implements sales policies and procedures for department
Light cleaning/organizing
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, typing and standing for long periods of time
Maintains professionalism and appearance, when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, Internet surfing, or any other activities that are not work-related
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team and leadership skills
A comprehensive understanding of sales operations
Must be highly motivated and energetic and organized
Ability to multitask
An understanding of health club operations
Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
