We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property and casualty sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Recognizing referral sources from developed relationships with client accounts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Salary: $76000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM to track sales activities to meet sales quota, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Requirements
A proven track record of insurance sales or middle-market commercial sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of professional and industry standards and practices
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
Experience using Epic or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent prospecting and new business development skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Valid PA Property and Casualty Insurance License
