Colonial Metals Group is a premier financial firm in the Precious Metals space based out of Los Angeles and West Palm Beach, FL!!
We are currently expanding our team, and seeking highly talented sales professionals who work with Integrity and demonstrates strong work ethic.
You will never have a shortage of leads with Colonial Metals Group and will work and learn from the absolute best in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Educate clients on the importance of precious metals
- Build relationships with clients and peers to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of customer service
- Must have the mentality: 'The Customer Is Always Right'
- Dial 200+ outgoing calls and accept inbound calls to interested clients nationwide
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, national and international financial news
- Provide market updates and answer any account related questions to the client at any given time
- Must live driving distance to the office
EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer previous precious metals experience OR experience working in a fast paced sales environment
- Knowledge on a CRM (HubSpot or SalesForce)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Experience dialing the phone 200+ daily
- Excellent communication skills with both the client and the internal sales team
- Understanding the precious metals market
