Job Overview
We are seeking an experience Capital Equipment Lease Finance Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Equipment Lease Finance Sales and possess strong outside B2B sales abilities. As an Equipment Lease Finance Salesperson, you will be responsible for sourcing your leads and making connections with small businesses and vendors in the state of Texas. Our Company is a financial services company, specializing in small ticket equipment lease financing for any and all equipment needs that a small business may have. The salesperson must have a 'hunter' mentality and experience with financial sales.
Duties
- Contact, develop, and manage new and existing customers to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue in assigned territory.
- Qualify leads from Salesforce and develop opportunities to close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Develop rapport, evaluate the customer's needs, and determine appropriate product solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and present contracts to customers using company pricing, delivery guidelines, and sound business judgment.
- Utilize outside data to collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, changing customer needs, preferences, and buying habits to create a territory “playbook”:
- Implement a sales plan, including accurate business forecasts and tracking metrics to increase sales productivity.
- Answer email and telephone inquiries and complete accurate documentation by utilizing Salesforce and other related software.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales, customer service, and Director of Credit as needed. Escalate critical issues to the Sales Manager as needed.
- Resolve sales problems by clarifying the customer's needs, determining the root cause of the problem, and escalating to the proper resource to ensure a timely resolution.
- Participate as a company sales representative in various industry-related tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Manage and submit personal sales expenses (e.g., travel) to verify entries and balance expense reports.
- Additional duties include other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
