Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Representative to join TaskOpus. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for sales. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, making sales calls, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients across various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote TaskOpus wide range of services based on customer needs.
- Conduct in-person sales and promotional activities to boost awareness of TaskOpus services.
- Provide creative suggestions for new outdoor marketing ideas to increase sales and client engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, concerns, and service agreements.
- Gather feedback from the field to help refine our sales strategies.
Closing Sales & Contract Management:
- Utilize effective sales strategies to close deals, ensuring that all service agreements, contracts, and paperwork are completed accurately.
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face at various locations, including residential neighbourhoods and commercial spaces.
- Assist in planning and executing outdoor sales events and promotions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress and performance, providing insights into opportunities for further growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales with an outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the designated area.
