Gelenk Networks Inc.(DBA GenVoice Telecom) is an emerging, fast-growing Telecom company based in Toronto. GenVoice possesses several mobile app products such as genvoice.net etc. 30+ million minutes and 60+ million messages are transmitted on our cloud-based telecommunication platform monthly. We proudly bring new technologies and ideas to traditional business communication methods. Our intelligent R&D team consists of an accomplished group of innovators who have a strong technical background and deep knowledge in business telecommunication, VoIP, and Text(SMS/MMS) and 5G messaging(RCS) systems. Our mission is to provide premium service and outstanding customer experience and cater to clients' individual needs. In the expansion process, we seek driven and self-motivated professionals who are passionate about mobile app product design and hungry to learn more about the telecommunication industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads: Prospecting for new customers from targeted account lists; Answer incoming communications from customers about telecommunication product requests
  • Conduct sales presentations: Learn how the business phone system works, and propose to potential customers. Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Understand client needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments and engage in consultative selling to understand clients' unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide market feedback, share insights, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Meet sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in selling customer experience solutions or related software.
  • Demonstrated success in a transactional customer acquisition role, including lead generation, prospecting, lead follow-up, presentation and closing. Sales cycle knowledge is essential;
  • VOIP telephone experience (Dial Plans, Call Admission Control, Bandwidth Management).

Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and include a competitive commission and bonus structure. Benefits package will be provided, including healthcare coverage and vacation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
