Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued, wholesale customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their purchasing process.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by effectively communicating accurate information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining open communication with customers with a focus on their complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Auto part sales experience preferred.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product lines and services, as well as up-to-date market and product trends.
- Generate leads and actively pursue B2B sales
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identify and develop new business sales opportunities.
- Develop sales goals for territory or area; manage all aspects of strategic sales initiatives for these regions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales target.
- Promote sales through relationship-based approach.
- Contact and convert prospective clients into new sales.
- Establish and maintain relations with clients.
- Promote and maintain the company’s brand image and identity within the marketplace.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Willingness to travel throughout GTA on a daily basis.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
- Work with various departments within Max Brakes to convert opportunities into revenue.
Skills and Requirements
- Possess a valid Ontario G driver's license with clean driving record and own vehicle
- 1-2 years experience with B2B Sales is preferred
- Experience in related sales or marketing field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preparation/participation in trade shows preferred
- Experience in dealing with prospective & established clients
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
- Proven ability to work in a team-based environment where teamwork is paramount

Additional Information
- Full-time permanent position
- The candidate must be available from Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
