Daily Duties:
· Reply high amounts of email inquiries with efficiency (eBay / Amazon / Website)
· Provide products, services and information to clients
· Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
· Resolve problems that customers may be facing in a kindly manner
· Handle complaints professionally and provide solution based on procedure
· Follow communication procedures and policies
· Meet or exceed daily quotas (minimum require 150 emails replied daily)
Pay for CS Representatives: Regular Pay for the position is $12.00 - $12.50, highly depends on experience and tasks being able to be responsible for. The duration of probation also depends on performance and attendance; up to 3 months. Starting pay also negotiable if possessing previous advanced related skills. Legitimate taxed income, legal working status required
Preferred Selection: We are currently looking for stable customer service representatives who can provide excellent customer service through email and telephone. As a representative for us, you will use your communication skills to properly maintain high customer satisfaction efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
Requirement:
· Experience in customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Type at least 35 words per minute (wpm)
· With basic online sales or purchases experience
· Ability to adapt to different types of personalities
· Willingness to learn and help team members complete tasks
Recommended:
· Experience with installation and troubleshooting of automotive performance parts.
· Basic knowledge in the automotive field
Job Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm (Hours vary everyday due to workload) Saturday 9-1pm.
