Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products and services, particularly in the energy sector, including solar solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to navigate various markets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach and networking within the community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the energy sales sector.
  • Present product offerings, including technical specifications, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand your network.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technical or energy-related fields.
  • Strong door-to-door sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with solar sales is a plus, along with an understanding of market dynamics in the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
