Compensation:
$55,000 - $100,000


Compensation ranged includes annualized base salary of $55,000 with aggressive monthly bonus opportunity to easily earn 6 figures.

As we expand our reach, we are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Generator to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about starting a career in sales and marketing, eager to learn, and driven to achieve great results.


Position Summary:


The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential sales leads to support the company’s sales objectives. This role involves researching and reaching out to potential clients, with the goal of generating high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have a go-getter attitude, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize various research methods to identify potential leads, including market research, digital sources, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Outreach:
    Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to gauge interest and generate leads for the sales team.

  • Qualification:
    Qualify leads based on their potential and readiness to buy, ensuring that the sales team receives high-quality prospects.

  • Database Management:
    Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with information on potential leads, including contact details and interaction history.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and tactics based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Reporting:
    Regularly report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and via email.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software, including CRM platforms.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
