Position Overview:
As a skilled relationship-builder and influencer, you'll develop and maintain lasting connections with important decision-makers with select customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and valuable insights to drive business growth. These accounts would include major strategic customers, such as gyms, local grocery stores, fitness studios, restaurants, and bars within a specific geographic area.
Specific job duties include:
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities.
- Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with potential customers
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
- Serve as the liaison between the customers and company ensuring proper branding and communication.
- Routinely visiting customer locations to maintain value-added relationships
- Providing high level customer service in answering and following up on customer inquiries
- Communicating regularly with management with client goals and company needs
- Providing quotes and managing pricing to meet margin goals and expectations
- Communicating demand forecast and trends regularly of clients to support inventory planning
- Aim at achieving 100% of forecast monthly
- Performing site visits and documenting issues to help resolve field problems (20 mins or less)
- Delivering product knowledge training classes to distributor and contractor customers (45/30 mins Max)
- Using CRM to manage potential/current sale chain activities and results

Inside the stores :
- Demos for products
- Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed in locations
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed according to Company standards
- Install and maintain permanent and paper Point Of Sale material
- Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window neon's and banners at all accounts when needed.
- Organize and execute cooler resets according to Company standards
- Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
