Job Description:

We are opening our doors for the position of a Territory Manager/Account Executive to manage existing customers and open new accounts in the Inland Empire, CA Region. We carry one of the best selections in the market and are continually updating and adding to our product line. We are a very customer service oriented company and looking for the right fit. We are looking for a very enthusiastic person to carry this spirit. This position develops business opportunities in the territory and cultivates customer relationships with excellent growth potential. This position meets and exceeds sales goals with new and existing customers; presents product information and details to diverse audiences. This territory sales manager requires to visit customers. If you are an energetic, self-starter with sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry. We offer a base compensation + commissions, company cell, and car allowance.

  • Results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Independent worker.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a professional sales role, in the flooring industry.
  • Ability to travel to visit customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers, understand customer and production demands; and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Essential duties of the position:

  • You will be building and maintaining relationships with store management and retail sales staff in a territory of many existing floor covering accounts.
  • Calling on established accounts that are already generating sales and commissions.
  • Selling inventory to stocking dealers.
  • Teaching and training store management and retail salespeople in product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Setting up, maintaining and updating in-store displays/merchandising.
  • Handling customer claims with resolution.
  • Prospecting for new accounts.
  • You will use your sales expertise, organization and people skills to Maximize sales growth for all product lines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement sales activities.
  • Provide outstanding service to customers.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including Company cell, car allowance, salary plus commission, medical, dental, vision, personal time off.

Pay: $50,638.00 - $148,972.00 per year

  • Cold calling: 1 year (Required)
  • Outside sales: 2 years (Required)
