We seek a highly motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art home renovation products to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new leads and opportunities generated by our highly effective marketing department
  • Meet with potential customers to assess their needs and provide them with information about our products and services
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding professional goals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • BA/BS preferred

Compensation:

  • $1000 training bonus + $2000 signing bonus
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
  • Average earning potential: $70,000 - $175,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
