Western WA Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Bodhi High is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Western Washington. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with clients in the territory. The ideal candidate will be adept at enrolling clients into their aspirations, delivering an empowering and consultative experience rather than a conventional sales pitch.

Experience Minimum Requirements

  • Commitment to ongoing improvement of the Customer Experience of the Bodhi Brands
  • Manage existing retail partner relationships and develop new retail partners in Western WA region.
  • Utilize Vendor Managed Inventory protocols & software to ensure sell through capabilities
  • Monitor in store inventory levels to ensure inventory availability
  • Merchandise store product display cases as needed to Bodhi SOP standards
  • Work with retail partners to identify and clear out aging/expired inventory
  • Work with retail partners to optimize shelf space and product placement
  • Proficient at Excel, google sheets, as well as data analytics
  • Report pricing and trend information to operations manager
  • Regularly update and enter data into CRM, update and maintain region’s database
  • Build orders using traceability system (Training will be given if needed)
  • Report regional and individual store sales on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Create weekly email blasts that highlight Bodhi Brand products & promotions
  • Participate in company meetings and training
  • Routinely communicate with buyers and inventory managers at every retail partner location
  • Report performance analytics and sales forecasting
  • Event, conference, and trade show planning, including logistics, management and execution of event(s)
  • Professional representation of the company at industry events
  • Efficient with marketing and advertising through social media platforms
  • Conduct Budtender / Buyer presentations and creation of supporting educational materials
  • Establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Daily communication with order fulfillment, Sales Manager and transport personnel
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs - stoop, walk, bend, kneel, stand, sit for long periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to drive / travel long distances often
  • Must be able to attend industry events on occasional nights / weekends
  • Follow all WA LCB i502 laws and guidelines to stay in full compliance at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
