Requirements:
- Completion of high school or GED
- Completion of college preferred, but not required.
- At least 2 years business and sales experience on janitorial sales.
- High energy and excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Must be highly organized and motivated.
- Show problem solving skills, decision making, critical thinking, and continuous learning.
- Business development experience
- Computer applications are not required but a plus.
General Purpose:
Representative will perform customer service and give customer support to accounts served by Procity. Customer service will include detailed inspection to insure that the scope of work is being closely followed by the Cleaning Supervisor and crew. Position requires close interaction with management in making sure account expectations are met and/or exceeded. Customer satisfaction should be the first priority in determining customer support. Representative will demonstrate knowledge of principles and methods in promoting and selling janitorial services.
Duties :
- Responsible for producing new business in the areas of both contract and special services sales.
- Sales Presentations and customer service accountabilities on selected accounts.
- Prepare or oversee preparation of sales contracts.
- Conducts sales and transactions.
- Estimate and quote prices, credit warranties, terms, and delivery dates.
- Identify and solicit potential clients.
- Consult with clients after sale or assigned contracts.
- Present to clients the benefits and use of services.
Compensation
Base Salary, Commission, Gas Allowance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
