Responsabilités générales:

Description de l'emploi:
Le programme gestionnaire en formation offre une formation pratique dans les domaines suivants: ventes, opérations, service à la clientèle, finances, gestion de flotte et gestion des personnes. Ce poste a un chemin de carrière clairement défini vers le directeur de succursale en aussi peu que 12 à 18 mois. Ce rôle soutient la réalisation des objectifs de vente de l'emplacement et l'excellence du service à la clientèle.

Qualifications:
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
  • Doit être âgé de 20 ans ou plus.
  • Un permis de conduire valide est requis.
  • De solides compétences en informatique et des compétences multitâches sont nécessaires.
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale.
  • Tout emploi est subordonné à la réussite d'une vérification des antécédents.

General Responsibilities:

Job Description:
The Manager in Training program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals amd customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
