Customer Service Representative
Glymed+, is seeking to add to our team of Customer Service Representatives. Our team of passionate and dedicated skincare professionals. Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers through inbound/outbound calls and e-mail messaging while providing superior customer service in fielding account inquiries regarding products, shipping, invoicing, etc.
· Demonstrate an uncompromising passion for the GlyMed+ customer experience, brand, and vision by owning customer concerns through to a mutually beneficial resolution with an understanding of when and where to elevate issues and complex cases
· Maintain excellent and personalized customer service through professional, engaging, and friendly assistance
· Add and update customers’ information in ERP & CRM, including contact information and client notes
· Adhere to standards of customer service and established procedures of service excellence
· Work with a high degree of autonomy on scheduled responsibilities, while also responding to just in time demands as appropriate
· Collaborate with field sales representatives to coordinate a positive customer experience
· Participate in continuous training company-sponsored and self-driven opportunities to hone your aesthetics, customer service, and leadership skills
· Continuously work with other members of the sales team to maintain and improve service standards and procedures to develop and protect the GlyMed+ brand and experience
· Execute repetitive tasks and processes accurately with minimal direction
Qualifications:
· Esthetics license, preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Coachability and desire for continuous improvement
· Capable of working well under high expectations & pressure
· Resourceful, able to prioritize competing issues
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience using a customer relationship software preferred, but not required
· Must be able to work on the phone and computer for long periods of time
· Occasional travel to tradeshows may be required
· Candidates who speak fluent Spanish and English are encouraged to apply
· High School diploma or GED required
