Overview

Outside sales positions open for the Houston, McAllen , Eagle Pass, and Corpus Christi areas. Calling on Nursing Homes and medical offices for Prosthetic patients. Straight independent contact position or full-time base plus commission position. Medical field experience required. Training on the product and presentation will be provided as well as market analysis and strategic planning. Transportation required. Your day will start in the office to report, plan and strategize before visiting potential clients. Contract positions available too.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on products, services, and industry developments.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or outside sales environments.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience conducting product demos and technical sales presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
