What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for New Business: Use your tenacity and creativity to uncover new leads through cold calling, networking, and other dynamic strategies.

  • Build Relationships That Matter: Develop deep connections with key decision-makers, becoming their trusted go-to partner.
  • Seal the Deal: Negotiate and craft sales agreements that deliver win-win outcomes for both our customers and the company.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to deliver seamless solutions that keep our clients coming back.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor products so you’re always ready to position us as the top choice in the market.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent us at top industry events, trade shows, and conferences, expanding your network and driving brand awareness.
  • Own Your Success: Keep detailed reports, forecasts, and sales documentation to track your progress and keep the team up to speed on your wins.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success in outside sales (bonus points if it's in construction or building materials).
  • Magnetic interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and trust.
  • A closing expert who thrives on sealing deals and driving results.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused, with a team-player attitude.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A road warrior with a valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel locally.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (and a willingness to learn new tools as needed).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in outside sales (experience in building materials is a bonus but not a must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
