Position: Sales Account Manager As the Sales Account Manager, you are the powerhouse of our sales department. You'll engage with current customers, prospect new clients, and re-engage with previous customers, making sales a breeze with our extensive customer base. Our office is casual yet performance-driven, ensuring a fast-pace fun work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to residential and commercial clients to generate sales via phone, email, and social media.
- Sales Process: Guide customers from prospect to closed sale, including proposals, agreements, pricing, and payment collection.
- Sales Goals:Meet and achieve monthly sales target and goals; A closing ratio of 50%,
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and cultivate additional prospects or referrals.
- Lead Generation: Make outbound sales calls, answer inbound inquiries, follow up on proposals, and schedule sales appointments.
- Brand Building: Participate in home shows, community events, and social media campaigns to build the Nozzle Nolen brand and generate leads.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales or prior sales training preferred.
- Motivation: High energy, strong work ethic, and a passion for the sales process.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Organization: Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, handheld devices, smartphones, and iPads.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
Education & Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:Associate or bachelors degree.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
- Customer Service: Minimum of 2 years.
Training Requirements:
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
- Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.
- Monthly coaching sessions and product training.
- Sales and personal development training as provided.
PhysicalRequirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 8am-5:00 pm.
- Select Saturdays, 8am-12pm (2 Saturdays per month, with variance based on peak times and staffing needs).
