Business Development Manager/Reception Relief

This position is looking for someone to organize and run a real estate training and coaching program across north America.

This is a full-time position required to be on site. Your main duties of this job will be getting the company off the ground and running successfully. The vision is to be one of the leading training and coaching companies in north America.

This role is comprised of 5 parts;
The book, 1 on 1 coaching, Training Programs, Speaking events , and the Podcast

New Book

− Helping with editing and production
− Publishing
− Book sales
− Design and marketing
− IP (intellectual property) protection
* New York times best seller is the goal

Realtor training program

- Help get all the content put together
- Help in marketing and sales
- Sign up realtors and be the main point of contact
- Design, creation, and updating of a website that is user friendly and interactive
- Social media content and creation

One on one coaching program

- Marketing and sales
- Looking for 15 students max for Cam
- Recruiting 3 to 5 other coaches
- Looking for an additional 15 students
- Building a coaching book for coaches
- Build a coach’s book for students
- Organize the team of coaches and facilitate in organization of coaching students and coaches.

Courses

- Help build and sell various types of online courses.

- Examples include but are not limited to ;

Success series
Truly wealthy series
Sales skills series

Podcast

- Help with set up for each episode
- Film, cut and edit
- Post and market episodes

You should have experience with the YouTube platform

Required Skill Set:

Marketing Skills - Creating Content, Canva, Reels/Posts, Creating engagement, email marketing
Design Skills - Course books, websites, marketing materials
Website Management Skills - Website design and sales, create website for events and books
Organizational Skills - Organizing events, Structure of courses, Lead coaches programs
