MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Physician Recruiter to expand their office in Dallas, TX. This is a sales role with primary duties to source, place and maintain a pipeline of qualified Locum Tenens Physicians. Base Salary + Generous Commission plan with no cap. The position is not remote or hybrid.

Core Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling and all provided sourcing tools
Cold calling, texting, & emailing prospective candidates
Sell current and upcoming work assignment opportunities to prospective physicians
Negotiate commitments, salary and contracts
Build and maintain an active base of working physicians
Collaborate with business development and other MD Staff Pointe departments to ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately
Achieve and exceed sales goals and intermediate goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development or sales preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and working toward a common goal.
