Automotive Service Advisors/Writers- Main Line Experience

Earn $60,300 to $220,600+/yr (based on experience)

As a result, our NISSAN service department is GROWING and we are NOW HIRING Main Line Service Advisors to join our service team in providing exceptional customer service to our amazing customers!!

Ingram Park Nissan is the Nation's 4th HIGHEST VOLUME Nissan Service Center!

*Minimum 1+years Service Advisor experience REQUIRED in a dealership preferred or a secondary shop

*DealerTrack Experience is a PLUS*

Our Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet customers in our service department
Listen to customers’ description of problems and provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions
Help develop cost estimates for repairs
Advise customers on available parts and service options
Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers
Verify warranty and service contract coverage
Maintain customer records

The ideal candidate:

Minimum 1+yrs prior Service Writer/Advisor Experience required in a dealership or secondary shop
Main Line advisor experience is a Preferred
HIGH VOLUME experience is Preferred
Familiarity with Nissan Products is a PLUS
Experience using DealerTrack software is a huge Plus
Must be team oriented and focused on a High Level of Customer Service
Should possess knowledge of automotive industry and parts
Knowledge/Experience with Nissan products is a huge Plus
Excellent sales skills
Must be honest and ethical and possess good communication and organizational skills
Must be on time and dependable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
