Sales Representative - Senior Living Dentures Solutions
Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling denture solutions to residents in Assisted Living and Senior Living communities. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling to Assisted Living Centers or Senior Living facilities and possess a deep understanding of this market. This is a road-based role that involves building relationships with facilities and their residents, offering them affordable, high-quality denture services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting Assisted Living and Senior Living facilities, identifying key decision-makers such as facility managers and directors.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek out and qualify opportunities within the senior care market through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and consultations with Assisted Living residents and their families, providing tailored denture solutions that fit their needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Assisted Living and Senior Living communities to create ongoing sales opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about developments in the Senior Living and dental care markets, adapting sales strategies as needed.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and continuous client care.
- Outreach & Events: Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational workshops at Assisted Living Centers to promote denture services.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Mandatory 2+ years of sales experience in the Assisted Living or Senior Living market. Experience in medical, dental, or pharmaceutical sales is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Senior Living market and denture solutions or similar healthcare products/services.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of relationship-based selling, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both groups and individuals in an empathetic and clear manner.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: This is an on-the-road position that requires regular travel to visit Assisted Living Centers. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
