Job Description
As a Business Development Recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities include:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
- Leverage your existing network of contacts to jump-start new lines of business.
- Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Identify potential areas for business development and talent acquisition.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business development teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and provide regular reports.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
