Job Description

As a Business Development Recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts to jump-start new lines of business.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:
  • Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research and Trends:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify potential areas for business development and talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with business development teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and provide regular reports.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
