**Position: Design Specialist (in home sales)**

**Job Description:**

Are you currently a turf or construction estimating sales representative looking to take your career to the next level with an industry-leading company? As a Design Sales Specialist, you will help people design their dream yard and be paid highly for closing the deal.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and provide expert advice to customers on landscape solutions.

- Sell customers on our top-tier eco-friendly and PFA-free products.

**Job Duties:**

- Attend appointments set by the Regional Sales Manager.

- Join weekly team meetings at our corporate office.

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

- Provide on-site quotes to customers accurately.

- Assist customers with installation issues.

- Walk sites with customers and subcontractors on job start dates.

- Convert all leads into sales daily.

- Implement company-defined sales tactics.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from job starts to final install.

- Design personalized landscapes for our customers.

- Secure contracts and payments efficiently.

- Maintain communication with current and past customers.

- Gather information for weekly sales meetings.

- Monitor emails regularly.

- Track work-related hours by clocking in and out daily.

- Report on-site or customer issues to your supervisor.

- Review contracts with customers and answer their questions.

**Ideal Qualifications:**

- Preferred experience in artificial turf or landscaping

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Punctuality for all appointments and meetings.

- At least 1 year of previous outside sales experience.

- Ability to measure accurate square footage.

- Familiarity with G-mail, Google Drive, Buildertrend, and other CRM systems.

- Creative thinking with the ability to sketch and draw.

- Reliable transportation.

**Reports to:**

Regional Sales Manager or Director of Sales

**Job Type:**

Full-time

Part-Time

**Pay:**

$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
