About the Role:
This position is responsible for building relationships with real estate professionals, luxury service providers, and business executives, setting qualified appointments, and closing deals. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping to generate opportunities for our team to showcase the value of Luxury Home Magazine.

- Communicate Luxury Home Magazine’s value proposition to all prospective clients and advertisers.
- Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process.
- Schedule up to 20 meetings a month with prospective clients.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to qualify prospects and schedule high-value appointments.
- Ability to meet tracked, daily call volume targets (minimum 50+ calls per day).
- Willingness to attend occasional events or workshops as part of the team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and follow up with leads effectively.
- Assist in distributing the magazine bi-monthly to area businesses, real estate offices, and private airports to maintain client interaction and meet prospective clients.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or evening commitments for events and workshops.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to engage in magazine distribution (in-and-out of the car, lift at least 30lbs).
Education & Experience:
- GED or high school diploma preferred.
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a sales-specific role with a training, organizational development, or content development focus.
Compensation:
$36,000.00 to $200,000.00
Annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.
