Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our exterior construction services, with a particular focus on roofing, siding, windows, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Hoffman Weber Construction's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction sales, with a focus on roofing, siding, windows, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
