Job Summary

The position strategizes Sanford Health Plan (SHP) member engagement campaigns from idea to execution and ROI working closely with key stakeholders throughout the health plan business. Role is responsible for overseeing the member calendar of campaigns and connecting with key business needs. This role will also be the strategic business owner and liaison with SHP s campaign management partner, managing the entirety of the vendor relationship including SLAs, contract terms, and continued growth and accountability. Success within this role will hinge on collaboration with various business departments within and external to the health plan, including working closely with Marketing on branding and messaging, and has the potential for expansion to continue developing the digital roadmap at Sanford Health Plan. Understand/research the SHP stakeholders, products, programs and services and members. Collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, digital, etc.) to deliver best in class work that focuses on the consumer. Collaborate with marketing team, consumer/member engagement operators, external strategic partners and key vendors, to inspire and ensure the execution of stellar, on-brand and in-character, customer-centric, insight-informed, timely and cost-effective campaigns, with responsibility for capturing campaign ROI. Collaborate with external digital strategy partner to enhance digital solutions to retain membership, reduce printed materials and increase digital adoption of sales and account management digital selling tools.

Maintain and analyze campaign metrics for the team's email campaigns to be able to show the success and effectiveness of email campaigns. Responsible for management and execution of integrated campaigns and programs, with a focus on data driven strategies. Manage the coordination of campaigns ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed campaign plans, outlining key milestones, success metrics, tasks, dependencies, and resources required for successful campaign execution with key partner. Maintain open and proactive communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing solutions to keep campaigns on track. Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, utilizing analytics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or related field is required.

Five or more year s related experience and/or training in member experience, marketing, communications, digital marketing, or advertising. Health insurance experience preferred.
