Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. This individual will spearhead high-ticket sales efforts, focusing on building long-term relationships with top-tier clients, managing an extensive portfolio, and driving the growth of our equipment sales division.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen, a proven track record in high-value transactions, and the ability to build trust and rapport with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Shift Schedule: 8:00 am PST to 5:00 pm PST | Mon to FriPay: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually + Commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and secure high-value clients in the industry.
- Close big-ticket sales by effectively presenting the value proposition of our products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and top-level executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Portfolio and Pipeline Management:
- Manage and expand a robust portfolio of high-value equipment and services.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for top-tier clients.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies and optimize results.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Mentor and support junior sales team members in developing their skills and strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-value equipment sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other top-level stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
