LeadsMarket.com is a forward thinking tech company and industry leader in lead generation for financial services. We operate a next generation platform where buyers and sellers buy and sell leads, calls and clicks. Along with our flagship brand we are also in the early stages of building with our new offering ThinkWallet which we are creating to help consumers access both financial education and other products without hassle and wasted time.

The Junior Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, building a strong pipeline of prospects, pitching company's products and services to potential buyers, and building relationships with potential clients. Acts as the point of contact for the Company's potential clients (“Buyers”). This position is an in-office position based out of our Woodland Hills, California HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively Outbound prospect by making 50 cold calls/emails per day with the intent to qualify outbound leads and develop new sales opportunities from cold accounts
  • Process and qualify the in-bound leads on a daily basis
  • Identify target accounts with Account Executives and have strategic conversations
  • Develop strategies to land outbound and inbound prospects and accounts
  • Qualify prospects and close deals with the help of Senior Sales Managers
  • Act as the subject matter expert on LeadsMarket products and services
  • Update and maintain CRM database with new notes and intel gathered from conversations with prospects
  • Onboard new Buyers and monitor Buyers activity on a daily basis.
  • Develop good standing relations with assigned accounts, Buyers stakeholders and executives
  • Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Collaborate with the IT Department on resolving Buyers enhancement requests;
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly / monthly/ quarterly/ yearly project initiatives through both qualitative and quantitative results reports
  • Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields is preferred
  • 1+ years of prior sales development or other relevant experience
  • Experience and success with cold-calling/prospecting, knows what it's like to have a monthly quota
  • Detail-oriented and ability to stay organized in the midst of working hundreds of leads
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in excel, Power BI, data analytics and CRM tools
  • Passionate about online marketing.
