The ideal candidate has direct experience in staffing, so that they can hit the ground running and serve our growing needs. He or she will have great sales skills – selling to leaders in operations, warehouse and administrative areas.

WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB?
•Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.
•Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
•Foster relationships with new clients.
•Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.
TRACK RECORD DESIRED
•Experience building strong client relationships
•Experience building and managing a sales pipeline/funnel
•Ability to sell across many industries
•Prior B2B Sales Experience
•Ability to lead strategic market related conversations with prospects and customers
•Ability to upsell, cross sell and drive expansion within existing customer base while driving net new client acquisition

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
•H.S. Diploma or GED is required
•One plus year experience in outside sales.
•Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Great technology skills
Compensation – Will be based on skills and experience. The package will include a base salary, plus sales commission (criteria based on New Accounts and New Sales). Plus allowance for gas/mileage
Target Base: $52,000-64,000 + commissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
