Continent Solution System is a Freight Forwarding and warehousing business located in the City of Industry and is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Knowledgeable in handling air, ocean, and land operations throughout the US, Asia, and Europe.

Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
- Forming a customer base by cold calling, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers.
- Soliciting Continent Solutions System services which include Import/Export, Distributions & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Custom Brokerage.
- Responsible for meeting the monthly goals given by Management.
- Maintaining consistent communication with our Operations/customer service team and overseas offices.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience in Freight or Intermodal services.
- Strong customer service and communications skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Good organizational skills, as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
- Proficient in Go Freight System a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
