Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our culinary offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to understand product specifications and ensure accurate information is conveyed to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.

Skills

Knowledge of food production processes, including cooking techniques and food handling practices.
Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred; familiarity with pastry making is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
