Looking for someone who is eager to learn and start their new home sales career!

TimberCraft Homes is excited to find an assistant new home sales associate who can connect with customers and work closely with the sales team to increase communication. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to potential home buyers, showcase all of our available homes, and respond quickly to any inquiries to ensure a smooth buying process. This is an on-site position, weekends required, where you will be based out of our model homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekends required
  • Be reliable with the desire to become a successful sales professional.
  • Assist the TimberCraft on-site sales professional with the condition of model homes and spec homes to ensure the best presentation to potential clients. Ensure every home is READY TO SELL.
  • Assist in the consultation of new home sales & marketing within single/multiple communities using TimberCraft Homes standards and processes.
  • Help the TimberCraft on-site sales professional maintain marketing materials throughout each community, including signs, flyers, etc.
  • Desire to study, practice, and improve on sales material and presentation
  • Assist the TimberCraft on-site sales professional in record keeping, including but not limited to contracts, agendas, releases, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other employees.
  • Assist with updating pre-sale customers on the construction of their homes.
  • You are required to track all communication with the CRM system.
  • Assist in performing presentations, lunch meetings, or community walk-throughs with real estate agents and brokers to increase marketing with TimberCraft’s on-site sales professional.
  • Help maintain the website and third-party listing sites by collecting construction update photos and communicating with the Marketing department.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to increase traffic to the community and achieve sales and company goals.
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Create three social media posts or videos weekly to contribute to the overall marketing of TimberCraft Homes.
  • Willingness to help move around furniture if one home closes to stage the next
  • Have grit! Be ready to learn and make sales!

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to use a CRM system, Adobe, Excel, Word, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments and closings.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

  • Driver's License (Required)
