We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Salesforce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, leveraging Salesforce to optimize sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Barriers business objectives.
* Salesforce Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system.
* Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and nurture potential customers.
* Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to drive sales productivity.
* Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized engagement.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing, sales and warranty performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
*Experience with SQL and scripting languages.
*Familiarity with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
*Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tool
* Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities.
Additional Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing and salesforce management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is preferred.
