- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing, or scheduling in-person meetings, and job boards.
- Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact, and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
- Prepared and presented presentations about Midway Staffing's solutions to potential clients, trade shows, or other large events to potential customers.
- Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of light industrial staffing to answer specific customer questions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or related field and or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in a staffing environment with knowledge of account management and sales initiatives for recruitment best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry's regulations and best practices.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Reliable transportation as required to travel 50% of the time
