Vero Health Center is seeking a determined full-time and part-time Field Sales Representative to create a robust network in and around the West Des Moines, IA community in order to market our professional services. This sales position earns $100,000 - $150,000 a year with commission. Pay is commensurate with experience and performance will play a large role in bonuses. This position is also eligible for great benefits, including 4 weeks or 20 days of paid time off per year, which includes 12 flex days and 8 paid holidays, a 401k plan (after one year of employment), birthday gifts, bonuses on work anniversaries, group discounts for health, vision and dental, complementary care for you and immediate family in your house, and fun team outings and lunches. Hours are flexible each week based on outside sales activities. You have a large amount of control of your schedule each week outside of large events that are booked out in advance.

In this business development role, you play an important role in ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You actively cultivate new business for us. You're a fearless and outgoing individual that plays a huge role in our business development. You perform grass-roots marketing efforts, which include planning and executing events, setting up booths, public speaking, and cultivating/managing influencer relationships.
