Whether it’s PPE, First Aid or Training Services, we deliver locally to more customers in more communities than any other safety company.
We are currently seeking a Full time Field Sales Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
- Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
- Customer relationship management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
- Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
- Problem solve and the ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed
- Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and branch basis
- Operating a mobile sales van
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Post-Secondary education preferred
- 1-2 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector a plus)
- A strong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is highly preferred
- Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance
- Proficient use of customer database systems and contact management software
- Possess established skills to work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word (previous experience with CRM database and an ability to learn new computer-based programs easily are assets)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
