What You’ll Do:
- Generate appointments by building rapport with potential customers
- Handle Inbound calls from various sources including; TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Facebook, Search, and various other internet source
- Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - NO MORE COLD CALLS!
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
- Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative on our team
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment
- Providing customers an amazing experience
- Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Weekend availability required!
